    <p><strong>Sorry</strong> to say but this instructable carries primary <strong>non-rechargeable</strong> lithium batteries.</p><p>There is no way to charge it !!</p>
    2.3V is too low for &quot;max brightness&quot;. I have simple LEDs just like this with 5.2V USB power supply (power bank) and they are working just fine. I know 5.2V is not the recommended voltage for LEDs but it worth a try :) They are bright as hell xD

    <p>Sure, but they won't last as hell. White Leds need between 3 and 3.5V, in fact the current is much more important than the voltage which is only a virtual data.</p>
