Introduction: Mint Chilli Buttermilk (Pudina Chhas)

Step 1: Ingredients:
1 cup curd(Homemade or ready-made)
1/3 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
1 green chilli
Salt to taste
Pinch of chhas masala powder
1 cup ice cubes
Water required to get desired consistency of buttermilk
Step 2: How to Make:
- In a large mixing bowl, take all the ingredients and blend it using blender until you could see forms on top.
- Ready to serve.
- Serve it chilled to beat heat in summer.
