Step 1: Things You Will Need
- About two tablespoons of chocolate chips
- A handful (about 12 leaves) of fresh mint leaves picked from your garden (or bought at the store!)
- A couple of handfuls of spinach
- 1/2 cup silken tofu (Must be silken!)
- About two frozen bananas
- A splash of soy milk
Step 2: Make the smoothie!!
Soften your bananas slightly by microwaving them for about 10 seconds.
Then, add the mint, spinach, tofu, soy milk and bananas to your blender (or mixing device of choice).
Blend until smooth!
