If you want to add a nice decorative touch to the pie (and more Oreos to consume!), try arranging halves of oreos in a circle, or you could also submerge whole oreos halfway.

Haha. Just slice it like a regular pie...pudding will get somewhat solidified in the fridge so that you can cut slices.
