Step 4: Taste test and serve!

At this point, it might be a bit too sweet. I added a bit of lemon juice to make it a little more acidic. You can also add more salt and pepper if you like.

Now spoon it into a pretty dish and serve it. :D

Oh yummm, never thought of adding mint. I have NO mint or I would be making this right now. Note to self, buy some mint seeds to plant.
Whoa! I'm really stoked to try this combo. I've been on a pea kick since I saw a Giada rerun about pea pesto. <br><br>Major props on only 1 T of olive oil. I'm looking forward to a less-dense alternative to the hummus I'm used to. :)
