Introduction: Mixed Flour Cookies

-These mixed flour cookies are made by mixing finger millet flour(ragi) and wheat flour and are healthy.

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup finger millet flour

- 1/4 cup wheat flour

- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1/4 cup cold butter

- Half teaspoon baking powder

- One and half tablespoon milk

Step 1: Preparing Dough

-Take 1/4 cup finger millet flour in bowl and add 1/4 cup wheat flour to it.

Step 2: Add Baking Powder and Cold Butter

- Next add half teaspoon baking powder,1/4 cup cold butter to it and mix everything.

- After mixing mixture will be crumbled.

Step 3: Add Sugar and Milk

-Add 1/4 cup sugar and give a mix.Next add one and half tablespoon milk,gather everything together and make soft dough.Dont knead much.

Step 4: Make Small Balls and Flatten It

-Take small portion of dough and make small ball. Gently press on your palms and flatten it.

Step 5: Allign on Baking Sheet

-Allign them on baking sheet and gently press with fork to create pattern.

Step 6: Bake

-Bake at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes until you see them start browning.

-Cool them on cooling rack.

-Store them in airtight container and enjoy healthy mixed flour cookies.
