Introduction: Mocha Fudge Pie

Can be made with or without crust.

Without crust, must be baked in a glass plate/mold/pan, which already been greased, and best served warm

With crust, can be served warm or chilled.

Step 1: Method


1 1/2 c flour

2-5 tbsp sugar (depending how sweet you like your crust to be)

3/4 c mentega (no subs!)


3 eggs

1/2 - 1 c sugar (depending how sweet you like your pie to be)

2 tsp instant coffee granules such as Nescafe

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/4 c flour

1/2 c butter

20 g chocolate chips

80 g white chocolate chips

Serving suggestion

Top with whipped cream or your fav. ice cream!

Mix all ingredients for crust and press tightly on the pie plate, set aside

Mix vanilla essence and coffee until dissolved, set aside

Beat eggs for 1-2 mins then beat in sugar, flour, and coffee mixture, until combined

Melt butter and chocolate chips until smooth either in double boiler, microwave, or in a pot over low-medium heat

Mix in melted butter into beaten eggs and beat again for another 1-2 minutes until combined well

Pour mixture into crust and bake at preheated 350 F for 30 mins

Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream or ice cream, or combo ;-)
