Fill empty smooth tip with hot glue. Drop in the BB. Finally, cover the BB and edge of dart with the hot glue.

I had gone to "5 below" a little while back, to get a nerf replacement dart pack. They were green, with sticky ends. They were horrible darts, unless you took the sticky part off, then it was just green with a blue\purple[sorry, colorblind] tip. Well the broken tip came off so I went to make this dart. All my BB's are at a friends house so I used a zip tie. I zipped it all the way down and used dikes to cut off the rest, and then hot glued it in. Works perfectly, although it sort of hurts xD
