i try to download auto-desk and i count get it to work. any suggestions?

I don't know what to tell you. My school provides autodesk inventor as a free software to engineering students. If you already have the software you need to make sure it is compatible with your machine.

what software did you use for this? where did you download the original head? can you describe your process?

I used autodesk inventor. I got the original head from GrabCad and converted it to an ipt.
