This had a harp & finneal bracket, but I twisted it off.
Then used 2 twist ties and attached the 2 halves through the CD opening. It now opend like a clamshell. Plase the 2 halves on the socket, open it up a little and screw in the light bulb.
I added the name & room number by taping it to the inside. It sits out side of my office. I turn it on when I'm in and off when I'm out.
