Introduction: Moist Vanilla Cupcake

These are extremely fluffy moist cupcakes. They will make anyone go YUMMMMM...!

Step 1: Ingredients:

175gms self raising flour 175gms butter 175 gms caster sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla essence 3 eggs

Step 2: Mix the Batter

Preheat the oven to 170C. Let the butter soften. Beat the butter till fluffy. Add sugar and beat further till frothy. Add the eggs one at a time. The batter will turn into tallow bliss. Add the essence. Add the flour little by little. If your using a hand whisk or blender, turn the speed to slow. You can use a spatula in the end too. Line the cupcake pan n scoop out the batter into the case. I use a ice cream scoop , it's way easier.

Step 3: Bake Them to Golden Deliciousness.

Keep them in oven till an inserted tooth pick comes out clean.

Step 4: Variations

I love coloured cup cakes. So does my niece and nephew. I added orange coloured solution -just a drop to one divided batter and some rose milk essence to another. You can also use a drop of Hershey's strawberry syrup if you have.

You can do lots of icing. My favourite is fresh mango butter can see my other indtructrables :)
