My dad used to make meatloaf with a boiled egg in the middle of it - I always thought it looked like eyes staring at me from the plate, so that might work great here!

Might have to carve out the eye-sockets a little to get them to fit, but then the white and yellow yolks would stand out against all the red (and be good for those of us who don't like olives!)

It would be worth throwing a Halloween party just for the chance to serve this. The olive eyes and catsup blood really make it special.

I think little kernals of corn for teeth would be a nice touch, too.
