About: I am a retired Science Teacher for Higher Secondary Education. Now spend my time on Gardening and other hobbies

Mor kulambu or Buttermilk gravy is one of the tastiest South Indian dish made with buttermilk and served with rice. Some times vegetables like okra and ash gourd are added to the dish, but here I have made this without adding any vegetables

Step 5: Add Coconut Paste

Step 6: Add Buttermilk

  • Add the buttermilk to the mix in the pan
  • Keep the pan over low flame and do not overcook
  • Once the mix comes to a boil, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and remove from stove
