MOROCCAN INSPIRED SLOW COOKED BEEF WITH DATES AND HOT PAPRIKA
This Moroccan slow cooked beef with dates is easy, simple, tender and melts in the mouth. It has a hand on time of just 10 minutes but is slow cooked for two hours. While the dates add tender sweetness to the beef the hot paprika add that little zing of spice.

USING A SLOW COOKER if you want.
I am a huge fan of anything slow cooked and yet until not recently I got myself a slow cooker. This recipe is so easy you can make it just on the stove top or use a slow cooker for the long slow cooking. I still prefer to sear the meat and cook the dish until just before you add the stock. Add everything into the slow cooker – top with the stock and slow cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
