Place the ball bearing in the tube and the tube between the pins as shown in the picture. All that's left to do now is to glue the parts together. This last step may be a little tricky. You will want to apply glue in the following places (indicated in the picture as blue lines):
- between the tube and the housing
- between the pins (the angled free ends) and the tube
- around the part of the pins that will be inside the housing

If your PCB header is like mine and has a slot along the length of the housing, then chances are your ink tube will sit nicely in the slot, centering itself to the housing. Just apply some super glue in the slot and place the tube on it.

DO NOT push the pins down yet. Apply some glue on the pins near the housing so that when you push the pins down, there will be glue between the pins and the holes of the housing. At the same time apply glue on the angled part of the pins. Push the pins down, making sure that the angled free ends is flush against the tube but not squashing the tube. Check that the tube is centered width-wise with the housing and pins. The straight ends of the pins should be equally long.
