That's it! You're done. As I've mentioned earlier, you can plug this into a breadboard for prototyping or you can even solder it to a PCB. However, if you intend to have it on a PCB, I suggest using a DIP socket instead of soldering it directly. Unless you're very skilled at soldering, the heat may damage the tube and even the glued joints.

Since the sensor is essentially single-throw switches, you will need pull-up or pull-down resistors when you use this with microcontrollers or other logic devices.
