Step 1: What You Will Need:
- Mountain Bread of choice
- 500g Chicken Mince
- 2x Eggs
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- Sesame Seeds
Pre-heat oven to 180ºc (356ºf).
Peel and cut the onion and garlic.
Then peel and grate the carrot and zucchini.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken mince, carrot, zucchini, onion, garlic, nutmeg, parsley, bread crumbs and one egg.
In a small bowl, crack and whisk the other egg.
Place a sheet of Mountain Bread with the short side closest to you and place the filling at the bottom.
Brush the top section of Mountain Bread with the egg that you whisked to seal.
Roll up firmly and cut to desired length.
Cover an oven tray with baking paper and place the sausage rolls ensuring gaps in between them.
Brush the top with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Place in the oven for 25 minutes, turning over for the last 10 minutes.
