This is a slideshow about a mounting for books and magazines I've made. When you pay attention to the pics you can very easily figure out how to build one on your own.
I made this in like 2 hours total from scratch and I use it quite a lot. It's very comfortable to read some magazine on it, especially during breakfast. :)

Through the hole in the bar on the back you can put a stick through. By this the mounting will close its angle a little bit.

The piano hinge is screwed on the back. The tips of the screws were eliminated with an anglegrinder
