The charger is very simple is based on a lm340t5 but you can use a 7805 cip!!Wat I used i haved laing arownd in my most circuits I'm traybg to recicle parts from browken electronics!!Sory abous the bad spelling englis is not my language ,but if I rowt in romanian you wodent andestand a fing!!

Step 1: The Product

Sory abouwt the few instructables but tray to maket laik you wanted!! I used hot glu to stic all the parts to gheter!!
A diode on the output of the regulator helps protect the circuit and the phone. If you plugged in the charger and the battery were missing or low, the phone would discharge into the charger. +5V power feeding back into the regulator chip will probably cause no harm, but would be a waste of a phone's charge.<br> <br> Use a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schottky_diode"><em>Schottky </em></a>diode so your precious battery juice isn't wasted warming up a cheaper diode.<br> <br> A small capacitor (0.1 uF) after the diode will help protect delicate equipment from switching transients. These can happen if you connect the charger, then change the battery while still connected.
do i need to use a diode&nbsp; with the LM7085 voltage regulator<br />

what do you want to see :) ? just look up a datasheet on the web. this is the default setup.
