This recipe is one of my favorites. They taste delicious and are perfect for parties. Also, they are pretty easy to make. This recipe makes about 30 wontons.

1/2 cup Marsala Wine
1 tbs Cream Cheese
1 oz parmesan
Enough canola oil to cover a pan about a 1/4 of an inch

I'll probably add a bit of scallion or chives for token greenery, but otherwise looks perfect. I love fresh hot wontons.
