Introduction: Mushrooms in the Field
This snack looks really pretty in real. all people get excited seeing this snack on the dinner party. It is very easy and quick to make. You can even use it as a starter. Please do try to make it and you will see how impressed your guests will be! :-)
Step 1: Things You Need for This Snack:
Two hard-boiled eggs
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Little bit of dill or cress
Fresh salad leaves (mixed salad leaves would be ideal)
Step 2: Stuffing for the Eggs
Cut off the bottom (wider) bit of the egg, take the egg yolks out and place them (egg yolks) in the bowl. Put a spoonful of mayonnaise, salt, pepper and dill on the boiled egg yolks and mix it well with the spoon. Take this mixture and stuff the boiled egg whites with it and then stick these stuffed eggs on the prepared plate with mixed salad.
Step 3: Last Touches!
Take the tomatoes and cut off the top bit (as shown on the picture). (You only need the top bit of the tomatoes). Clean out the top of the tomato with a spoon so it’ll become deep and round. Put these prepared tomato tops on top of the eggs! And here are your mushrooms in the field. For the big party, you can take a big plate and make lots of eggs like this and sprinkle the salad leaves around and between them like in a field!
