Mushrooms tomato pasta sauce by apurva naik

 This is an absolutely delicious pasta sauce recipe.
A little spicy and very easy to make.

Step 1: Ingredients

You need:
Pasta of any variety 500 gm specially spaghetti. (I used penne).
Olive oil (2 Table spoons)
Button mushrooms 225 gm. (chopped)
Cheese (as much as you wish).
2 tomatoes (one extra for serving).
Coriender (about 2 table spoons) (chopped).
Garlic (2 cloves) (chopped).
Red chillies (I used 2 I love spicy food!)
And salt to taste.

This looks delicious, the cheese you have pictured looks like a yogurt type spreadable cheese, do you know if American cream cheese would work? We have so many types of cheese here we are like a nation of cheese but I am thinking that a grated hard cheese would not work. Maybe heavy cream? Does this dish have an Indian name?

I think parmesan cheese will be the best choice. But after all cheese is just for serving. You can use any variety. Maybe which you love the most.
