Step 3: Chop the Walnuts

Roughly chop a few walnuts, I added about one cup of walnuts to this recipe.
<p>I use pecans in mine. They grow in the same place, and pecans are stong enough to work with mustard greens. The pine nuts in original pesto aren't up for it with mustard greens. </p><p>But it's fantastic stuff! Good with everything.</p>
ohh that looks GOOD, and pretty color too.<br>
Thanks, I also grow a red version of this mustard which actually turns out a unique purple color for the pesto. I tried mixing the two but the color is really not attractive. Still tastes good though.
