Step 1: Ingredients:
1. 1 can teriyaki flavored Spam. If you can't find teriyaki Spam no sweat, just buy plain Spam and teriyaki sauce.
2. 8 eggs.
3. Nori seaweed wrap.
4. Sushi rice.
5. Rice wine vinegar.
Step 2: Let's Get Cooking
Then pan fry your spam over medium heat. You do not need to add oil. Spam is fatty enough not to stick. Make sure to fry it until you get a nice crust on the outside.
After you are done with the Spam set aside and start on your eggs. Make sure to beat your eggs before pouring them into your pan. Once you have cooked your eggs use your Musubi press to cut your eggs into the correct size. I will not patronize you by explaining to you how to cook rice (instructions are on the back of the bag). I will tell you however that once your rice is done pour some rice wine vinegar over it and then fluf it up good. After you are done with all the cooking you will need to rip your sheets of Nori in half.
Step 3: Let's Wrap It Up!
Step one: place press in center of your Nori.
Step two: put enough rice in the press to make a 1/4 inch layer and press it down.
Step three: put in your slice of Spam and egg.
Step four: put another 1/4 inch layer of rice and press again.
Step five: while applying slight pressure remove press.
Step six: dip your fingers in a glass of water and moisten the end of your Nori. Then wrap it up.
Step seven: pick it up and put into mouth. Chew. Savor. Finish the rest and hide them from everyone else.
