My basic airsoft battlefield guide

My basic airsoft battlefield guide

Starting out is easy. You have a gun and a team. Now, what's the landscape? If it's an area with little cover, trench warfafe is ideal. If there's a lot of cover, like a huge forest, guerilla (surprise-attacks) tactics are very useful. If it's an area where the terrain is mixed between hills, flat, wooded, and open, you need everything! Shock troops, who need to be light in weaponry and equipment, need to hit as fast as posible, to catch the enemies by surprise. Storm troopers need to carry heavy weapons and heavy equipment to hit hard, not fast. Special Operation troopers need to carry out your guerilla tactics and attack weak points in the enemy lines in small groups. They also should be trained to carry out every single task. They are, after all, your special forces. Defenders should be able to be in a trench or behind some sort of defensive position. Your scouts need to be lighter than shock troopers, and need to be good snipers. Your regular snuipers need to be able to wait patiently, and need a strong gun. Bike-mounted cavalry need to be able to go fetch supplies by some sort of trial. ATV cavalry can have someone on the rack to shoot, making a fast assualt vehicle, be able to scout, and need to be able to get supplies. Engineers need to be good trench-diggers and be able to set up a formidable fort in hours, using local supplies.  You need basically seven types of troops: Engineers, scouts, defenders, shock troopers, storm troopers, special forces, and cavalry.  And if you don't wanna plan assaults and defensive plans on your own, have some tacticians that can help. By the way, with electric guns, look for metal gear boxes (thank you dr. Richtofen).

Step 1Sniping

Sniping
Your snipers can be two things: defender-class & post class. Defender class snipers should be in a position like a defender would be in, with a special area. Post snipers need to find a random, covered, camoflauged area. Snipers need very good guns. A couple of suggestions are:
1. Spring Combat Force SVD sniper rifle (spring powered, 225 fps, $18.95 on Hobbytron.com)
2. UTG Gen 5 spring sniper rifle accushot (Spring powered, 450 fps, $119.95 on Hobbytron.com)
3. Spring full metal Dragunuv SVD sniper ( spring powered, 600 fps, $139.95 on Hobbytron.com)
4. Spring WELL MBO6B Bolt Action Sniper (spring powered, 500 fps, $99.95 on Hobbytron.com)
A famed gun is the Spring Combat Force SVD sniper rifle, so, guess what that picture down there is?

Good guide, but I'd change some things:
- On the sniper section, put an picture of an sniper
- On the electric guns, type there that you should realy look for metal gearboxes
- On the stormtrooper section, that first gun isn't an ak-47, more like an SKS

Otherwise, pretty good: 4*
