NUTELLA BUTTERCREAM (FROSTING / ICING)

Step 1: BEAT
400g Unsalted Butter (Softened)
500g Icing Sugar
2tsp Vanilla Extract
6tbsp Double Cream
Beat the butter until smooth and creamy. Add the icing sugar and beat on a low speed until incorporated. Once incorporated, increase the speed to high and beat for another 8 - 10 minutes. Next, add the Nutella and mix together. Finish by adding the vanilla and cream and beating for another minute.
