Step 1: TOAST

10 Large Croissant

Nutella (as much as you desire)

Cut the croissants in half and place on a baking tray. Toast the croissants for 10 minutes in the oven at 150 degrees C / 302 degrees F. Spread Nutella on each slice of croissant and sandwich together.

Step 2: SOAK

5 Large Eggs

300ml Hazelnut Milk + 2tbsp Caster Sugar

1tbsp Vanilla Extract

1tsp Cinnamon

Nutella

Place the croissants in a baking dish. Whisk all the ingredients together and pour over the croissants. Leave to sit for 1 hour before drizzling Nutella on top and covering with foil.

Step 3: BAKE

Bake for 35 minutes (covered with foil) at 180 degrees C / 356 degrees F. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 - 10 minutes. Top the croissant toast bake with strawberries, blueberries and more Nutella.

Step 4: ENJOY
