Introduction: Natural Fat Burning Pills

There are so many "diet pills" advertised on TV. Of course, they all claim to work miracles. But then, later you see that commercial with that very serious man saying that you should call him if you've taken the "magic weight loss pill" because horrible things may happen to you. How scary is that?

This pill is 100% natural, filled with ingredients that most people probably already have in their kitchen.

Of course, nothing can replace a healthy diet and exercise to maintain a healthy weight - but these pills can give a needed boost to your metabolism, as well as other numerous benefits (that may even outweigh their fat burning ability)

Take 1 pill before a meal. Start with 1 a day, and you can work your way up to 3 (one before every meal)

For these to work best, include a small amount of healthy fat in the meal that you take them. A couple nuts, a bit of avocado, coconut oil, etc.

Step 1: Ingredients

Depending on how many pills you intend to make, and how large your capsules are - you may need to adjust your quantities as required.

1 part cinnamon

1 part turmeric

1 part cayenne pepper

Some empty pills. You can use whatever type you prefer.

Airtight container to store your pills in (artistically challenged label optional)

I used 3 tbsp of each and filled 110 "0" sized pills, and had a bit left over.

Step 2: Mix and Fill

This part's pretty basic. Measure and mix your ingredients together. It's extra easy if you shake them together in a plastic container or zip lock bag.

If you have a capsule machine, use this mixture and follow the instructions to fill your pills.

If you do not have a capsule machine, find something on TV to watch while you fill!

It's fastest to separate all you capsules into a top pile and a bottom pile. - Scoop some of your mixture into 1 of your bottom pieces - pack the powder down with something (I used a chopstick). You can skip the packing step, but you get more powder in if you pack it. After packing the powder, scoop in more mixture and close the capsule with a top piece. I used this method to see how long it would take - I set a timer for 10 minutes, and was about to finish 28 capsules. You start to get faster as you go. - - Plus, if you find you enjoy making your own pills, you can get a capsule machine for relatively cheap.

There are SO many pages listing the wonderful things these ingredients can do, I really have to try to not write an entire essay about each one. So I'll cover what I feel are basics.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon helps improve blood flow! Improved blood flow can result in a faster metabolism, as well as preventing blood clots, and heart disease! Cinnamon also helps your body regulate sugar, which can help in weight loss - and also makes it a good supplement for people with type 2 diabetes. Consumption of cinnamon has also shown to lower cholesterol, LDL-C, and triglyceride levels, and increase HDL-C (good cholesterol). Cinnamon contains chemicals that have been shown to help fight cancer. It's one of the top 7 anti-oxidants in the world, which means it also fights cancer causing Free Radicals. Cinnamon is exceptionally helpful in fighting colon cancer, along with IBS and other digestive problems. It can kill bacterial and heal infections in the GI tract. Because of it's anti-bacterial properties, it's one of the most powerful substances against e-coli and salmonella - and also can help prevent everyday illnesses like a cold, cough, and sore throat. Some studies have even shown that cinnamon can stop even aggressive strains of Alzheimer's, and may help to treat it. It's also beneficial for depression.

Turmeric

Some studies have suggested that daily consumption of turmeric may help prevent additional fat gain and will help you burn existing fat by turning "bad fat" into "good fat" that can be used by your body. When you store excess fat on your body, you create a constant low-level inflammation. Low-level inflammation plays a major role in almost every chronic, Western disease, including type 2 diabetes and heart disease. What makes turmeric so wonderful is curcumin. Curcumin has powerful anti-inflammatory properties, and can begin to heal your body. Turmeric's anti-inflammatory properties have also proven helpful in Alzheimer's, depression, and arthritis. In addition to being anti-inflammatory, turmeric is also a powerful antioxidant. Studies have shown that turmeric is helpful in cancer treatment, can stop the growth of new cancer, and prevent the spread of existing cancer on a molecular level.

Cayenne

Cayenne is a strong, fat-burning, metabolism booster and appetite suppressant. It also stimulates circulation and improves digestion - which helps your body to detox. Cayenne slows acid secretion, and, contrary to what most will believe, can actually help heal ulcers. Like the other two ingredients, cayenne is also an amazing anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, and shares many of the same benefits. In addition, It can prevent allergies, relieve joint pain, and can lessen the pain of migraines. The capsaicin in cayenne helps prevent blood clots and can clear away lipid deposits - which narrow your arteries. Cayenne also contains vitamins A and E.
