Of course, there are many other reasons for back pain, such as age, injury and slipped disc, but bad posture is one of the main culprits.In a pan, add 4-5 tlbsp of coconut oil.To this, add 6 cloves of peeled garlic cloves.Fry these well till they turn dark brown.Gently massage this onto the affected area.Take about a 1” piece of fresh ginger.Slice this very finely, and put it in a pan of water.Bring it to a boil, and then simmer gently for about 10 minutes.Cool it till it is lukewarm, and strain it.Now add honey to taste, and drink a couple of times a day.Instead of ginger, boil some tulsi or basil leaves, strain, and have with a pinch of salt. Put a cup of water in a pain.To this add 1/4 tsp of saunth, or ginger powder, 6 peppercorns and 3-4 cloves.Boil this gently for about 8-10 mins.Cool, strain and drink.Peel some fresh ginger, and make a paste of it.Apply this over the area of pain, and then apply coconut oil.Take equal quantities of khus khus, or poppy seeds, and mishri, or sugar candy.Have a tsp of this with a glass of milk a couple of times a days.Backache can impair your lifestyle, so make sure you pay attention to your posture and avoid lifting heavy weights.
