Personal view of the Nautilus

Step 1: The Ideas, the 1st Work

First step of Two: the idea and the work.

The idea was to make a Steampunk organic Nautilus.
I thought a Hammerhead Shark would be a good shape design for it.

Using a 123dMake model, I made the shape using styrene, covering it with tape then with a synthetic sheet (table napkin), I then added some details using cardboard, toys parts and sume light bulbs.

Step 2: The Painting and the Result

The last step is history, since it's basically :
Painting, weathering and finding a stand.
