love these vids....got anything that'll help me figure out using back references in Regular Expressions. i've gone through a couple of sites but can't seem to get better than a tenuous grasp of the concept...especially when i'm trynig to pass the value outside to another program....I just figured you SEALs need all the intel you can get before a drop and so you have to know some real ninja class programmers that can give me the 411 on this....Thanks.
