These Nice N' Spicy Cookies have a zesty kick which makes your taste buds tingle.  Since the holidays are approaching, my partner and I chose to do these particular cookies.  They are the ideal dessert to make during the winter season because of their amazing combination of spiciness and sweetness.  This recipe requires only 7 simple steps!  Enjoy making Nice 'N Spicy Cookies!

Step 6: Rolling the Dough and Cutting the Cookies

Roll one half on a  lightly-floured surface.  Cut out any cookie shape you desire and place the cookies about 1-inch apart on a non-greased cookie sheet.  Repeat with other half.

TIP: If your cookie sheets are old, spray a light amount of Canola Oil onto them.

Step 7: Baking the Cookies

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until cookies are lightly-golden around the edges.  Remove the cookies from the cookie sheet and let cool.  ENJOY!

Where did you get the cutters? And how did you make the eyes?

EmmaandRenae (author)scoochmaroo2011-12-17

I ordered them from the internet. It's an octopus cookie cutter and a miniature egg. For the eyes, they are m&ms.

A stunning green! It looks like a frog-cyclops. I tried to get a dough rich green color, but always unsuccessfully.
