Step 1: Materials

You will need:
4 sheets of black felt
a ball of black yarn
a sewing kit (obviously!)
You can make it any color you want, even multicolored!

Step 2: Cut the Felt

Using siscors, cut each sheet of felt into something like this:
(The penny is for size comparison)

Step 3: Cut the Felt Some More

Take one of the four pieces and cut eye slits in it, like this:

Step 4: Start Sewing

With each pointy side up, sew the pieces of felt together like this:

Step 5: Review

You should have something like this:

Step 6: Sew Around the Rim

Turn your mask inside-out. Now fold one inch of fabric and fold it on itself and sew it together, but leave the last inch or so open, like this:

Step 7: Cut the Felt Some More

Using siscors, cut off the part that you didn't sew. Be careful not to cut the thread!

Step 8: Insert the Drawstring

Cut about 3 feet of yarn. Take a safety pin and clip it onto one end of the yarn. Push it through the hole that you made last step and keep nudging it through the "tube" until it pokes out the other side. pull it out a bit until it is the same length as the other end of the yarn.

Step 9: Finishing the Drawstring

Slip a small bead onto the two strands of yarn, and tie a double knot at the top.

Step 10: Finished!

Congratulations! You now have made your very own, fully operational, one of a kind face warmer! Includes a drawstring for a one size fits all format. Enjoy!!!
