I think you wasted a half hour of your life...And alot of hot glue.
Try to be more careful with your gluing.
I only see glue residue, plastic and some "metalic" thing...
Nice idea though.
It might be a better idea if you recycle more than just the stylus tip. and don't worry about the size. you could expand your DS, steampunk style to hold your new stylus. you might find ideas if you check out the steampunk style mechanical pencils on this website
