Five pieces of 12mm wide Scotch tape should be enough
Step 5: Cut off
Cut off redundant parts of the tape from both sides
Step 6: Final Result
There you have it, old school notepad on the lid of your DS. Magical writable surface permits you to use ordinary pencil to jot down, ideas you might have, make short ToDo lists, emails and phone numbers of recently introduced random strangers, and even to play an old school notebook game or two. No batteries or WFC connectivity needed.
Scotch tape creates a nice texture on the top surface.
Step 7: Undo
Nintendo DS note pad created in this way features unlimited UNDO level. Even erasers work. If you ever decide so, you can easily remove the Scotch tape, with no damage to your DS.
