Stable work I have achieved with 13+ volts at the input. On 3 neon indicator and a small neon bulb at the same time is spent 1.4 watts. The essence of the lifting stresses to fill up the rising edge pulse on the coil. When voltage is below 12V I strongly sags load voltage (from 250V to 160V), an incoming 14V voltage sags within 6 volts.
