it's almost so easy, that you don't even need words, just pics, how could it be hard, it's one of the easiest planes to make
Kevio bro in reply to ses12May 31, 2009. 2:15 PM
this is not complicated at all.
coolboy45 in reply to ses12Dec 21, 2008. 8:05 AM

theswordninja561 says: Aug 7, 2011. 1:48 PM
out of ALL the planes i've ever made and tried to make... this is the absolute best... simple to make great stability and flies great.... awsome
PaperHangar says: Jul 9, 2011. 3:23 PM
Nicely done. I really love this airplane. I've made one very similar to this many times before. I tried this one out and it flew incredibly. Extremely stable paper airplane. Thanks for posting! Check out some of ours on PaperHangar.com

arukshan says: Jun 11, 2011. 5:52 PM
it really works thanks

Out of all the Paper Airplanes i tried on this site, this is the best. the plane is consistent looks cool, the steps are easy, and the commenters on this board help alot. For physics we have to make a project (nt neccesarily a paper airplne) That travels 25 yards, and im thimking im going to get an A!
drummerboy360 says: Apr 17, 2011. 5:44 PM
I threw it and it hit the door but it works realy well thanks.
ftorres4 says: Mar 26, 2011. 3:23 PM
The plane flies very well.

Great instructable.

Thank you!

It's not so good, but I put the cut rear in other models, and they are now great!
Darkmast508 says: Dec 18, 2010. 9:14 AM
Great plane! While I'm currently restricted to a small room, it flew very well and straight. I would also like to mention on the quality of the Instructable. Very well laid out, deep and yet simple to follow.

thanks for the instructable , but wtf with the brown marks on your bed xD
knex dog says: Aug 30, 2010. 11:35 AM
the plane looks really cool, but when you throw it it tends to veer upwards.
knex dog says: Aug 30, 2010. 11:25 AM
the pics are confusing.

I incorporated the flap design into other failed models, they work great now thank you so much
lycoris3 in reply to NathisMay 7, 2010. 7:57 AM
It flies good with a paper clip holding the front.

This is a great little airplane.  I am a retired Airline pilot and make this model for my grandson all the time.  One of the reasons I have to make so many is the things fly out of our yard, and across the highway and disappear and I have a big yard.

I do modify it somewhat however.  I don't let it stay "loose" I squeeze the body together and tape the nose to keep it from unfolding so I can cut a small slot on the bottom about an inch from the nose.  This allows us to use a rubber band on a stick to "launch" the aircraft.  I cut two small ailerons (I would call them stableators) to keep the nose up for best glide angle.  You can adjust these to give left turn, right turn if desired.

We launch them straight up and the little thing climb like a homesick angle and once they run out of energy, the glide ratio is just perfect to produce a long graceful flight.

I rarely comment on boards but make this for you kids and you will not be disappointed.  Enjoy and thanks to whoever put this up good job.
