Can the peanut butter be substituted with something else?

Jennprice33 (author)paige lian2015-11-30

Sorry, I don't think so. It holds the oats together.

Almond or sunflower butter(SunButter is sold as a PB substitute).

Looks delicious! Will definitely try!

dreamwind55 (author)2015-03-15

I love it! It is so easy to make and so easy to eat the whole pan! Should the texture be somewhat fudgy?

Jennprice33 (author)dreamwind552015-03-15

Yes, it does have a fudge texture. A pan never makes it to the end of the day at my house either! :)

zikeopathik made it! (author)2015-03-09

You weren't kidding! 15 minutes and into the fridge they went! I had some left over peanut butter and white chocolate chips so I put those on as well!

Jennprice33 (author)zikeopathik2015-03-09

They look great! I will have to try the white chocolate chips, great idea.
