I love dessert pizza but sometimes I have days that I don't want to bake and want to do something simple. So with inspiration from my Mom's no bake cheesecake and the pizza contest I created these, enjoy! My family did!

What You Need:

1/2 cube butter
1 package graham crackers
2 tablespoon sugar
1 can cherry pie filling or strawberry glaze
1 package cream cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Red, black, green, pink, and yellow jelly bellies

Step 1: Making Crust

Mix your crushed graham crackers with a 1/2 cube melted butter, and 2 tablespoon sugar.

Press mixture onto pizza pan or if you want individual size like I did then press it into a cupcake paper.

Put them in fridge until crust is hard.

Step 2: Making "cheese"

Mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, and sweetened condensed milk with mixer until smooth.

Step 3: Putting It All Together

Take crusts out of fridge

Place a spoonful of glaze on each crust

Place a spoonful of "cheese" on top of the glaze

Then cut your desired "toppings" and place them on top

Place in fridge until ready to eat Yum! Yum!
Ditto on the NO-BAKING days...or months...or years...LOL ok I'm not that bad, but sometimes I wish I could get away with it. :)
Especially on hot days, I hate using the oven because then whole house becomes an oven!
That sounds really tasty, and I agree about no-bake!
It's my family's favorite no bake cheesecake :)
