I love dessert pizza but sometimes I have days that I don't want to bake and want to do something simple. So with inspiration from my Mom's no bake cheesecake and the pizza contest I created these, enjoy! My family did!
What You Need:
1/2 cube butter
1 package graham crackers
2 tablespoon sugar
1 can cherry pie filling or strawberry glaze
1 package cream cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Red, black, green, pink, and yellow jelly bellies
Step 1: Making Crust
Mix your crushed graham crackers with a 1/2 cube melted butter, and 2 tablespoon sugar.
Press mixture onto pizza pan or if you want individual size like I did then press it into a cupcake paper.
Put them in fridge until crust is hard.
