Introduction: No-bake Cheesecake
If you want to prepare a delicious dessert without too much effort, the no-bake cheesecake is your best bet! The cheesecake is a typical dessert form USA. In fact, it has a national day on 20 July. There is a competition of cheesecakes on this day (see the following link), when a lot of people enjoy homemade cheesecakes. This dessert is ideal for summer given that is a fresh and cool one, easy to prepare and not too sweet. So, try to do it by yourself!
Step 1: Tools & Ingredients
INGREDIENTS (4 people):
1. Maria Cookies (typical cookie in Spain) or grahmcrackers in other places (around 20 cookies).
2. Butter (around 100g).
3. Cream cheese (300g).
4. Whipped cream (200ml).
5. 1 packet of junket or 4 sheets of neutral gelatin.
6. 4 tablespoons of sugar.
7. Jam of your favorite flavor, but we recommend blueberry cause it's more common.

6. 1 small baking tin (springform pan)
Step 2: Smash Cookies and Add Butter
Smash the cookies, put them into a bag and later press them with your hand or even with a cup or glass. The final result should be a fine ground up solid like sand.
Melt the butter using the microwave.
Mix the ground up cookies and melted butter untill you get an homogeneous mixture.
Step 3: Make the Cake Base
After mixing cookies and butter, wait 20 min. Later, put the wet mixture into the springform pan and make the base by pressing and spreading.
Step 4: Mix Whipping Cream, Junket and Cream Cheese
Pour the whipping cream into a glass and add one packet of junket. Mix untill there are not lumps. Heat if necessary.
Put the mixture into a pot and later add the cream cheese. Mix untill there are not lumps and add sugar. Heat to melt the cheese cream. Use the microwave if you don't have a stove, in a microwave safe container.
Step 5: Put the Mixture Into the Springform Pan
Put the mixture into the springform pan over the base. Spread it evenly. Put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Step 6: Add the Topping and Enjoy!
Stir the jam in a cup for melt it, in order to make easy spread it on the top of the cake. Later, spread it evenly and remove from the springform pan. Finally, enjoy your homemade cake!
