10 Year Old YaYa Sacheli presents her version of a gourmet pizza, perfect for a gathering of adults, but definately not for her brothers.  She uses fresh pizza dough, Sacheli's Onion Balsamic Jelly, Mozzarella and shredded Parmesan Cheese, Procuitto (cure Italian meat), and baby Arugula.

Substitutions can be made with pepper jelly or fig jam for the Onion Balsamic Jelly and baby spinach for the baby arugula if it's not available in your area.
Great job! You are very talented and I see great things in your future! <br> <br>I'm not sure my husband would eat this, let alone my brother :-D But it does look pretty darn good. I'm always looking for a way to use arugula, too.
