Introduction: Allergy Friendly Nut Butter Cookies

3 Ingredient Dairy Gluten Free Cookies Includes Peanuts, Sugar and Egg It Will Blow Your Taste Buds away and you wont have to cheat on allergy's, (if your allergic to peanut butter I some times find it be better even with almond butter or any other nut butter.)

Step 1: Collect Ingredients

You will need(you will likely need to double the recipe)

-1 cup nut butter

-1 cup sugar

-1 egg

Makes 10 medium size cookies

Step 2: Mixing Ingredients

Add all the ingredients into one bowl and mix in till combined only.

Step 3: Before Baking

-Preheat the oven to 350 or 400

-Place the cookies batter in about 1 cm thick and as wide you like separated about a inch apart.

Step 4: Baking

-If you are cooking on 350 start with ten minutes.

-Cooking at 400 start with seven minutes.

-After the first few minutes start adding a few minutes at a time and go in till a toothpick comes out clean.

-Let them cool before removing to prevent crumbling.

They are, I didn't follow my own instructions and ate them before they cooled. They did crumble, but they were so easy to make and yummy!
