Puff Pastry Sheet - 1 (Makes 8 Croissants)
Nutella - 8 Tea Spoons (1 Tea Spoon for each Croissant)
Egg for Egg wash
Step 2: Step 2: Stretching the Sheet
Stretch the pastry sheet with the help of rolling pin, roughly 1/2 inch on each side.
Step 3: Step 3: Cutting 8 Pieces
Cut the sheet into 8 pieces. Check the Recipe Video to understand this step better.
Step 4: Step 4: Filling
Stretch the pieces. See Video to understand better.
Put a teaspoon full of Nutella in each piece.
Step 5: Step 5: Preparing
Brush Egg wash on all sides, this will help in sealing.
Roll the Croissants, Check video to understand this step
transfer them in baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with Egg wash which will help them get golden brown color.
Step 6: Step 6: Baking
Bake at 425F / 220C for 10 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
Step 7: Step 7: Dusting & Serving
Let them cool down for 5 minutes and then dust with icing sugar and serve.
