Nutrition noodle means yolk noodle. It suited for many kinds of soup. Many other variation can be considered, but you should be care of food culture of each country.

1. Red Paprika Noodle
Instead of 2Yolks, put 2g Red Paprika Powder. It suited for Italy taste such as Tomato source or cheese.

2. Turmeric Noodle
Instead of 2 Yolks, put 2g Turmeric Powder. It suited for India taste such as curry. Generally, turmeric powder is included in Curry powder.

3. Japanese Green Tea Noodle
Instead of 2 Yolks, put 2g Japanese Green Tea Powder. It suited for Japanese Ochazuke taste soup. The Ochazuke soup is created by salt, sugar, kelp, Japanese Green Tea Powder and Arare which is Japanese rise cookie

4. Japanese Red Beans Noodle
Instead of 2 Yolks, put 5g Japanese Red Beans Powder and sugar. It suited for Japanese Azuki soup.
