Introduction: OATMEAL and ALMOND MILK SHAKE for BREAKFAST

It is healthy, fulfilling, delicious and easy to make shake.
The shake is soft and smooth.

Ingredients: (makes 2 glasses)
Oatmeal - 7 tbs
Almond Milk - 2 cups
Malted Milk - 2 tbs
Banana - 1
Honey - 1 tbs

First add oats, then malted milk, then banana, then almond milk and then honey. Stir a bit with a spoon.
Blend it all together in the blender. It will only take a few seconds in a powerful blender.
That is it!
