Years ago this dolly was modified by my step-father to safely carry an acetylene B-tank for various plumbing purposes. It is made of two different types of unistrut fittings, scrap metal, chain, nuts, bolts, the use of a Porta-Band, and a vice. He consulted the job site pipe fitter for the use of a welder. With the small matter of collecting the parts and the use of a lunch break to weld, he made this cart that still rolling and serving a dutiful dual purpose.
