Oatmeal Chia Breakfast Cookie Recipe:

1 cup oats

½ cup flour

2 tsps. baking powder

¼ tsp. salt

½ cup apple sauce

¼ cup chia seeds

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 tbsps. vegan butter, softened ( I used earth balance)

1 cup coconut sugar
