Introduction: Oatmeal Raisin Granola Bars

Here is a super healthy, super easy, and super good recipe to make. 

Oatmeal Raisin Granola bars

Preheat oven to 350 degree.

Gather all your ingredients, get your bowl and your mixer ready.

2 1/2 cups raisins
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 molasses
2/3 soy milk
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup honey

Put your raisins in a small bowl and cover with water.  Microwave or boil for 5 minutes.

Mix all the other ingredients into a bowl and put in your mixer for 5 minutes or until throughly blended.
Pour in raisins minus the water and mix up some more.

Grease a 8×8 baking pan and spread the mix evenly across the bottom of the pan.

Bake for 25 minute at 350, remove from oven and cut into squares.  Put in the refrigerator.
