Many a times I have been wanting to build something dangerous from something not so dangerous. I went through a “pen gun” phase where I went crazy about building a pen gun. I was somewhat successful but not perfect. I needed a weapon that would bother the guy next to me but not something that would get me in trouble. I came up with this...the 5 minute binder clip catapult. If you are interested, read below.

Now, with that out of the way, let us begin.

Step 2: Get Your Materials

You will need:
1 oversized binder clip (use the biggest you can find.)
A handful of assorted rubber bands
1 Plastic Spoon
Someone to Bother (victim)

Step 3: Attachments

First attach securely to the binder clip, the spoon via rubber band. on one end of the clip. (Refer to the first picture.)

Attach a rubber band via loop to the other "arm"(Refer to picture two.)

Repeat the previous step two to three times.

Then, pull over the rubber bands in the gap between the spoon and the arm. (Refer to picture two.)

Assembled and ready for firing!

Congratulations...and, not so congratulations. If you made it to this step it may mean that you have successfully made this product. It may also might mean that for those of you who didn't build this this project and just read it you don't have a working product.
