Gather a bunch of dots from your local hole puncher and put them in something easy to dump -- only to maximize efficiency and quicken your task -- say, a mug or even your hand. Finally, simply up-end the mug, dumping the dot-content into the umbrella. When your chosen victim walks outside to put his umbrella up, they'll have a surprise waiting for them!
